The median sales price, which means that 50% of the homes sold for more and 50% of the homes sold for less, is $257,500.
The sales to list price ratio, which means that the homes sold for 95% of their list price.
The most expensive home sold for $750,000 in Carisbrooke after 608 days on the market.
The least expensive home sold for $155,000in Greenwood Lakes after 192 days on the market.
The average sales price for the same period a year earlier was $466,585 with 105 days on the market and a sales to list price ratio of 96%.
Condos, Townhomes & Villas

The average sales price was $160,882 with 97 days on the market.
The median sales price was $164,150.
The sales to list price ratio is 99%
The most expensive condo sold for $299,990 in Fountain Parke at Lake Mary and was new construction.
The least expensive sold for $72,900 in Hidden Village Condos and was on the market for 125 days.
There were no condo sales in August 2007.
