Apopka, Seminole County and Orange County, Florida

The following are the market sales statistics for Winter Springs, Seminole County, Florida for June 2008. Winter Springs is made up of the zip code 32708. For purposes of this analysis we are only splitting the data according to single-family homes vs, condominiums, townhomes and villas.
