Those are actually very good numbers. According to the numbers houses are moving pretty quickly as opposed to other areas in Florida or across the country. To move a house in 3 or 4 months these days seems like an absolute rarity. I've been trying to find more information about Florida real estate for a long time and I appreciate the information shared.

Orlando has pretty much consistently outpaced the rest of the country. Yes, you are correct, the numbers are looking better and better. They are not increasing by leaps and bounds, but they've still been increasing, nevertheless.
