Single-Family Homes
516 homes sold during the month of April.
The average sales price, which is the total sold volume divided by the number of homes sold is $308,298 with 146 days on the market.
The median sales price, which means that 50% of the homes sold for more and 50% of the homes sold for less, is $237,700.
The most expensive home sold for $2.349M and was on the market for 505 days. It was a 4 bedroom, 5½ baths, 3-car garage lakefront home in 4913sf in Winter Park built in 1990 on .69 acres on a chain of lakes with a circular driveway, $250K swimming pool and spa, a boat house w/hoist with no HOA.
The least expensive home sold for $26,500 after 180 days on the market. It was a 3 bedroom, 1 bath “fixer upper” home with 1116sf built in 1951 on .09 acres with no HOA.

The average sales price was $163,776 with 196 days on the market.
The median sales price was $132,250.
The most expensive condo sold for $1,091,250 and was new construction. It was a 3 bedroom, 3½ bath 2-story townhome with 3327sf in Winter Park with 2 private balconies, direct street access, elevator, Wolf & Sub-Zero appliances. The monthly maintenance is $641.24.
The least expensive sold for $10,000 and was on the market for 122 days. It was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath bank owned in 830sf built in 1972.
The average sales price a year earlier was $209,402 with 125 days on the market.
