For purposes of this analysis we are only splitting the data according to single-family homes vs, condominiums, townhomes and villas.

It was a 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 2-car garage lakefront home in 3974sf built in 1969 in Altamonte Springs on 1.33 acres of land in with a heated screen enclosed swimming pool, boat house with hoist and ramp, new roof, newer kitchen, breakfast room, in master suite, elevator, wine cellar, etc. The community off a boat ramp, playground and tennis courts with an optional HOA.
The least expensive home sold for $125,000 and was on the market 210 days. It was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2-car garage home with 1100sf built in 1958 on .29 acre with tile throughout, french doors and a screen enclosed porch. There is no HOA.
The average sales price for the same period a year earlier was $304,735 with 102 days on the market.
Condos, Townhomes & Villas

The average sales price was $125,391 with 165 days on the market.
The median sales price was $123,000.
The most expensive sold for $220,000 and was on the market for 207 days. It was a 2 bedroom, 2½ bath, 2-car garage townhome in a gated community with 1626sf built in 1998 with newer carpet, Mexican ceramic tile, fireplace. The community offers a pool, boat ramp for lake access, tennis courts, rec bldg, playground with a monthly maintenance of $337.
The least expensive sold for $55,000 after 265 days on the market. It was a 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor pool side condo with 1056sf built in 1971. The community offers a swimming pool and shuffleboard with a monthly maintenance of $252.
The average sales price a year earlier was $179,839 with 136 days on the market.
