The most expensive home sold for $595,000 and was on the market 77 days. It was a 5 bedroom, 2½ bath, 3-car garage 3488sf home built in 1985 on .77 acre in a gated golf community with a screen enclosed pool, updated kitchen countertops and tile and newer roof. The community offers a pool and the HOA is $275/quarter.
The least expensive home sold for $110,000 after 74 days on the market. It was a bank-owned 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2- car garage 1526sf home built in 1972 on .13 acre with no HOA. It was listed as needing some work and looked like the kitchen cabinets needed to be replaced.
The average sales price for the same period a year earlier was $323,209 with 120 days on the market.
Condos, Townhomes & Villas

The average sales price was $166,507 with 85 days on the market.
The median sales price was $160,000.
The most expensive condo sold for $257,536 and is new construction. It was a 3 bedroom, 3 bath 2215sf end-unit townhome with a 2-car garage in a gated community. The community offers a pool with a maintenance fee of $576/quarter.
The least expensive sold for $96,000 and was on the market for 87 days. It was a bank owned fixer upper 2 bedroom, 2 bath 816sf 1-car garage villa built in 1980. The maintenance fee is $265/year.
The average sales price a year earlier was $182,188 with 111 days on the market.
