River Run, Altamonte Springs, Seminole County, Florida 32714 - Homes For Sale

The River Run communities of River Run North, River Run South and River Run Villas are located in Altamonte Springs in Seminole County, Florida. The homes were built in that order, respectively and were constructed from the late 70’s through the mid 80’s.

River Run North consists of 3 and 4 bedroom homes starting at approximately 1250sf with some bordering the Little Wekiva River. River Run South is next door and the homes are a little more contemporary in style and also a little larger averaging at approximately 1500 - 1700+ sf. This community also borders the Little Wekiva River as well as the Seminole County Nature Trail. River Run Villas are patio homes on what some may consider zero lots, but they do have front and back yards, albeit somewhat small. Again these are more contemporary than the previous two communities.

All were built by Greater Construction, which is now a part of Meritage.

The River Run communities are right next to the Seminole County Trail and Sanlando Park, which is a 40 acre park offering tennis, racquetball, volleyball and basketball courts as well as a baseball complex. There is picnic areas available as well as pavilions, playgrounds and trails for jogging/walking/exercising.

River Run is a great place to live and I should know – I own homes there!
