The following are the market sales statistics for Longwood, Seminole County, Florida for May 2008. Longwood is made up of the zip codes of 32779 & 32750. For purposes of this analysis we are only splitting the data according to single-family homes vs, condominiums, townhomes and villas.

The median sales price, which means that 50% of the homes sold for more and 50% of the homes sold for less, is $279,750.
The most expensive home sold for $1.087M and was on the market for 308 days. It was a 3 bedroom, 4 bath, 4045sf home built in 2004 on .59 acres in a gated manned golf community with a 4-car garage, a screen enclosed swimming pool & spa on a conservation lot with a fireplace, granite countertops, travertine, custom fish tank, cathedral ceilings, etc. The community offers a pool & playground, ball field, tennis courts, volleyball court, beach with a HOA of $573 quarterly.
The least expensive home sold for $182,000 after 206 days on the market. It was a 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2-car garage home with 1523sf built in 1974 on .18 acre with tile in all living areas, enclosed sunroom and screened patio with no HOA.
The average sales price for the same period a year earlier was $529,198 with 124 days on the market.
Condos, Townhomes & Villas
4 homes sold.
The average sales price was $157,500 with 228 days on the market.
The median sales price was $160,000.
The most expensive condo sold for $165,000 and was on the market for 379 days. It was a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1-story, 1-car garage home with 1575sf built in 1984 with screened patio and fireplace, enclosed sunroom, new appliances, roof and exterior siding. The community offers a swimming pool with a monthly maintenance of $245 and an annual HOA of $232.
The least expensive sold for $145,000 and was on the market for 114. It was a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1-car garage 1-story end unit townhome with 991sf built in 1980 in a golf community with fireplace, screened porch, new roof, a/c, carpet & appliances. The community offers a pool & playground with a monthly maintenance of $250 and an annual HOA of $232.
The average sales price a year earlier was $178,629 with 90 days on the market.
