Single-Family Homes
620 homes sold during the month of May.
The average sales price, which is the total sold volume divided by the number of homes sold is $319,099 with 151 days on the market.
The median sales price, which means that 50% of the homes sold for more and 50% of the homes sold for less, is $231,495.
The most expensive home sold for $5.8M and was on the market for 89 days. It was a 6 bedroom, 7½ baths, 9040sf home in Winter Park built in 1993 on 1.95 acres with 235’ lake frontageon a chain of lakes with 2 garages that can house 6 vehicles a circular driveway, a boat house w/hoist, jet ski ramp, 3 fireplaces, with verandas and balconies running the width of the house with no HOA.

The average sales price was $186,829 with 162 days on the market.
The median sales price was $142,500.

It was a 4 bedroom, 4½ bath 2-story, 2-car garage lakefront coach home with 3778sf in Lake Nona with a butler’s pantry and elevator. This is a gated golf community of 4 units. They have a heated swimming pool, boat dock, fitness center with a quarterly maintenance of $1375 and a monthly maintenance is $651.
The least expensive sold for $15,000 and was on the market for 61 days. It was a 1 bedroom, 1 bath bank owned fixer upper in 276sf built in 1974. It was a motel converted to condos.
The average sales price a year earlier was $236,824 with 145 days on the market.
